Day 1 Yerevan
Arrival at Zvartnots international airport. 

Day 2 Yerevan: Matenadaran – Megerian Carpets – Tsitsernakaberd – City Tour
Yerevan city tour. Visit to the scientific and research center of Matenadaran. Right after we finish our observation mission in Matenadaran, we will take a direction to Megerian carpet factory, where numerous rugs exhibited in the museum of the factory, represent long history of Armenian rug-making art. After a lovely lunch break, we will continue to Armenian Genocide Memorial and museum. In the evening you will be invited for an evening stroll through the city.

Day 3 Yerevan - Amberd - Aragats –Yerevan
First, we will cover the 11th century fortress of Amberd, later we will pass to Vahramashen church, situated next to the fortress, where we will have a short lunch break on lovely picnic spot. Now it is time to hike the Southern peak (3888 m above sea level) of the highest top in Armenia - Aragats (4090 m above sea level). On our way to the Southern peak of the mount, we will unfold the beauty of Qari lake, with its cool and fresh water. As we reach the peak,  the sky will seem to be closer and the view of The Mount Ararat will stun you. 

Day 4 Yerevan – Lake Sevan – Geghard – Basalt Organs – Garni – Yerevan
At the beginning of the day we will drive to the most lake in Armenia, Sevan. Then, the tour will continue to the Sevan peninsula, where you will be awarded black-colored ancient Monastery Sevanavank. Later, we will proceed to UNESCO World Heritage listed monastery of Geghard. The trip will continue onwards to Garni, where we will reveal nature-made Basalt organs. later we will hike up to the Pagan Temple of Garni and admire the magnificent natural scenery from the top.

Day 5 Yerevan - Khor Virap – Areni – Noravank - Yerevan
Today the first stop will be Khor Virap Monastery, standing high on the plain valley of Ararat. Next, we will drive to the wine-making center of the country - Areni. Afterwards, we will drive to Amaghu gorge, which is always twined with Grand Canyon, where one of the most beautiful monasteries, called Noravank is situated. 

Day 6 Yerevan – Zvartnots - Etchmiadzin – Aknashen – Yerevan
Trip to Etchmiadzin, the most important religious center of Armenia. On the way we will visit the ruins of the circular Cathedral of Zvartnots and St. Hripsime Church.  The trip will continue to the village of Aknashen. You will get the unique opportunity to take part in the preparation of Lavash, traditional Armenian flat bread and taste Armenian specialties in a warm and cozy atmosphere. 

Day 7 Free day in Yerevan
This day is free for your own discoveries and experiences. 

Day 8 Return flight 
Transfer to the airport.
